Copyright & Usage Policies
There are some term and conditions on graphics and materials you can borrow and/or
use to graphics
and materials that you may not borrow and/or use. Please read them carefully as a violation of
the terms can result in a legal issue that brings both you and me inconvenience.
Server Space : No Direct Linking
Please use your own server space, linking from my server is illegal because that's
stealing my bandwidth, bandwidth which I paid for.
No Distribution of my free web graphics
That means you do not put my graphics somewhere for people to download them. Not
even in a CD. Non-free web graphics are those used by this site. Headers that contains
section names, title names and anything written with FAR Programming and Go-Rex
name are non-free.
They are not for downloading and/or further editing.
Copyright
This section explains the copyrights that I have for materials and contents published
on FAR Programming and Go-Rex.
Graphics
All graphics, unless noted otherwise, were all made and edited by me. They are copyrighted
by me simply because they are my work of creation. Unless, contested by their original
owner, I hold the copyrights to the edited graphics.
Contents, Text
Contents and text are definitely copyrighted by me, simply because I wrote them
myself. References and resources are all cited and those are not copyright by me.
Tutorials that I wrote, articles etc are all copyrighted by me. No one is allowed
to republish them, alter them in any way without first seeking written permission
from me.
HTML, Web
Design Layout and/or HTML are all hand coded by me and thus copyrighted by me.
Note, one can only copyright a layout design if and only if it is hand coded. I
had come across people who copied my HTML and then stamped their own copyright mark
at the bottom. This is NOT ALLOWED. The HTML code is already copyrighted by me and
therefore should not be copied without my prior written permission.
Ideas, Special Features
I have come up with original ideas for presentation and certain features of my site.
If you wish to adopt them for your site, please remember to credit FAR Programming
and Go-Rex for the idea. If you require more information on copyrights, read
